Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues, performing necessary repairs on components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels, wiring, and lighting systems to prevent failures and ensure compliance. • Perform plumbing tasks including pipe fitting, fixture installation, and leak detection, utilizing various tools and techniques to maintain water systems.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as an AC Engineer. • Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and MEP layouts is an advantage. • Knowledge of safety standards and UAE building regulations. • A valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication skills and a professional attitude. • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
