We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven **Sales Consultant** to join our growing Dubai team. ## Key Responsibilities - Handle incoming leads and enquiries generated through digital marketing, social media, calls and other channels. - Conduct professional consultations with prospective clients. - Understand each client's profile, career objectives and preferred destination. - Explain relevant international recruitment, work permit, skilled migration and immigration services clearly. - Convert qualified leads into paying clients. - Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email and CRM. - Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, payments and conversions in the CRM. - Achieve assigned **monthly sales and revenue targets**. - Coordinate with the processing, recruitment and documentation teams after client onboarding. - Ensure clients receive accurate information and avoid making unauthorized guarantees regarding jobs, visas or immigration outcomes. - Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process. - Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews. - Generate referrals and identify opportunities for repeat or additional business. ## Candidate Requirements - Minimum **2–3 years of sales experience**; experience in immigration, overseas recruitment, education consultancy, travel, real estate, banking or other consultative sales will be preferred. - Previous **UAE sales experience** is highly desirable. - Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. - Excellent lead-conversion and closing ability. - Confident handling telephone, WhatsApp and face-to-face consultations. - Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue and results. - Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining daily follow-up records. - Professional appearance and client-handling skills. - Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. - Candidates currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately will be preferred. ## Salary & Incentives **Basic Salary: AED 5,000 per month** **Plus Attractive Sales Incentives / Commission** High performers will have the opportunity to earn significantly more through the company's incentive structure. ## Performance Expectations The Sales Consultant will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline, consistently follow up with assigned leads, achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets, and provide management with accurate daily and weekly sales updates. ## What Planet Careers Offers - AED 5,000 fixed monthly salary - Attractive performance-based incentives - Company-generated leads - International recruitment and immigration product training - Professional office environment in Dubai - Opportunity to work across multiple international markets - Performance-based career growth - Opportunity to grow into senior sales and team leadership positions **Join Planet Careers and build a career in international recruitment and global mobility.** **Planet Careers — Your Career.
